DMPC Bulletin – Work This Week!

April 8th, 2009

Work @ Building, This Friday
This Friday a carpenter will be working at the Des Moines Professional Center (DMPC) to take care of some outstanding items:

  • Install bay of mailboxes*
  • Install directory signage
  • Take care of a city required access door to elevator equipment
  • Make some minor adjustments on the roof

These items are being done by the owners as a gratuity for the benefit of the tenants and the expense will not be added as CAM.  Please be cooperative with Igor if he needs access to your space for any reason- including maybe a bathroom break?  If there is any excessive disruption, please contact Peter Kuchan at 206-375-5982 or pkuchan@realassetsps.com.

*Existing mailboxes will be removed and returned to their owners.  Keys to new mailbox will be provided to tenants by Monday.

Monthly Update – Orchard Court

April 2nd, 2009

Orchard Court Monthly Blog Update
Welcome to Orchard Court’s monthly update page.  This ‘building smart spaces’ blog is a new tool that Real Assets is using to share important building information with tenants.  It is our hope that we can create a strong tenant and owner network that efficiently handles issues and improves building security and the environment for our tenants.

With three of our four ‘inked’ tenants in full-swing and another build-out happening for the next tenant we finally have some action out there!  This, as the developer, is sooo comforting.  Thanks for each of yours’ hard work and commitment to being at Orchard Court.
