DMPC Bulletin – Work This Week!

Work @ Building, This Friday
This Friday a carpenter will be working at the Des Moines Professional Center (DMPC) to take care of some outstanding items:
- Install bay of mailboxes*
- Install directory signage
- Take care of a city required access door to elevator equipment
- Make some minor adjustments on the roof
These items are being done by the owners as a gratuity for the benefit of the tenants and the expense will not be added as CAM. Please be cooperative with Igor if he needs access to your space for any reason- including maybe a bathroom break? *Existing mailboxes will be removed and returned to their owners. Keys to new mailbox will be provided to tenants by Monday.
