Thanks for creating the first Pine & Boylston sushi lunch.  Never be surprised at the power of good people ….and free food.  It was a great turnout and nobody got wasabi whiplash- what a success.  Whoo hoo!   I am very glad and hopeful that upcoming events will be met with such a dynamic array of hungry stomachs.

It’s nice to  have such friendly neighbors/tenants and hope that as we continue these events you’ll start to build and expand your own networks and relationships with one another.  I myself am going to try to follow up with Gabriel of Re-Vision Labs to see how to better ‘create powerful and profitable relationships with customers, employees, tenants, and others. We build networks by applying technology, culture, and design’ (taken straight from their website).  You go get a coffee, and you go work out.

For now we will break for the summer.  That should give me the time to do some research into my ‘green’ initiatives at the buildings- for starters, making sure everyone has a recycle bin and uses it (simple for starters).  If you don’t have one by your desk, please let me know and Ill get you one.

Once again thanks to Blue C, Stumptown and – one I forgot to mention- Office Nomads, for all of your help doing what you do best for the event.

ssbbsushiflatPine @ Boylston- Sushi and Brown Bag Lunch: Who are the People in Your Neighborhood?

On Tuesday, right after memorial day, join other Heath Properties/Pine&Boylston tenants for a lunch on the house.  Enjoy the Blue C Sushi and drinks for all and feel free to bring your own lunch as well.  Why spend $10.00 on lunch at the same old places with the same old people?  Instead, get a free lunch and meet your neighbors. Shmooze with fellow tenants: Rudy’s, Stumptown, iLike, BlueC, Mo, and the rest of the eclectic gang.

Place:  Office Nomads- 1617 Boylston, 2nd Floor
Time: 12:30 Tuesday May 26th

Topics: Introduction from new property management. Tenant Intro’s. Socializing.

DMPC April Improvements

It was nice to finally complete many of the tasks that we have spoken about in prior months: The directory signage, mailboxes and a lockout key in the elevator that essentially allows John L Scott to lock their penthouse ‘door’.  We are still seeking an effective solution to exterior access to the building- as we do, please be extra careful, after 5, to lock the doors when you leave to ensure the building is kept secure on nights and weekends.  If you unlock the doors after 5:00PM, please take responsibility to lock them again.  Thanks.  - The management :) .

Sidewalk:

The sidewalk, last time I checked, was just about complete.  I will be out tomorrow to double check on the sidewalk and the reduced size garbage enclosure, please let me know if you have any concerns about the work there.

Available Properties:

Real Assets leases space in Des Moines and all around town, so if you or someone you know is looking for additional space or needs tenant representation, please let us know.
