Pine @ Boylston- Fall Back to Blogging

After a summer of just trying to make a living, i’m turning my attention back to making the world a better place. ************************************************************************
This week we have interviewed new tenants, announced exciting building news and are planning for the next brown bag and sushi lunch.
Tenant Spotlight
Amazing New Tenants: Duncan Smith Photography & 3D Animation
Duncan Smith is no novice at his profession. After graduating Rhode Island School of Photography he singlehandedly built in-house photography studios for Getty Images & Amazon.com. Wow! So the amateur shot of him to the right must just make him cringe- but it’s all I could do with my point and shoot. Or is it? Ask him.
Now Duncan has entered the world of commercial photography on his own with Duncan Smith Photography offering food, personality, product and other commercial photography services to businesses. The only thing that could make blue C sushi more tantalizing or stumptown coffee more invigorating is a duncan photo of them- so guys, what do you say? Hire him out for the day and find out for yourselves!
Talk about unusual- this ordinary looking person with a normal sounding name, chris rodgers, has a very exotic career. Animation. Movie Animation, Music Video Animation, designing & building characters, dressing them, staging them, making them move millimeters at a time, and he not only is he serious about it- he has a reputation and is GREAT at it. Just check out this Fleetfoxes video featuring all his work!
Currently Chris is working on a documentary piece to be featured in upcoming film festivals about Howard Carter’s discovery of King Tut’s coffin. I am hiring him next for an educational street video depicting Moe kicking the asses of Capitol Hill taggers.
Headline News: iLike buys MySpace. Or is it the other way around? Anyways, some deal was struck between iLike and MySpace and the folks at iLike have never looked so smiley since Maggie stopped smoking. Upcoming Events
We look forward to our next sushi and brown bag event to happen this fall. If anyone has feedback or suggestions for the next event- when, where, who, what stuff- please post here. Thanks.
