Monthly Update – Orchard Court

September 4th, 2009

Orchard Court- September, 2009
dscn7285September 1st marks a patriotic moment in Orchard Court history- the welcoming of our red white and blue soldiers who man the Army and Navy recruiting offices.

Please welcome and give the utmost respect for our new tenants as they have dedicated their career to serve and protect us!

Leasing Update
We are working with several prospective tenants with the lease up of the remainder of the building.  I wish I had some more inked deals; but hopefully we will have continued good fortune to find more complimentary tenants for Orchard Court.

If you know of any tenants who may be interested in leasing at Orchard Court, please have them contact me at 206-755-6345, and you will be duly rewarded for your referral.  Download Leasing Brochure for Orchard Court.

Monument Signage
Having a break from all of the TI’s will allow Igor and I to focus our attention to creating a monument sign for the building to be located on Mile Hill Drive.  The following is an initial rendering for permitting, some of the fonts are likely to change.

pomonumensign

All tenant signage will be made of 1/4 inch cut out lettering that is a standardized color and material.  Tenants will be provided space within their section to place conforming signage.  We request that tenants send their logos and font for the signs to us soon so we can incorporate them into the final signage.

This will not go in for permitting until wednesday so if you have any questions or concerns to be addressed prior to that time, please let me know.  asimon@realassetsps.com

Security

As co-tenants at the building, I hope that everyone will take the time and vigilance to keep an eye out for others’ property and safety.  If there is ever a suspicious person or event that occurs, please let Pete, pkuchas@realassetsps.com, 206-375-5982, or Adam, asimon@realassetsps.com, 206-755-6345 know.

Garbage
Please make sure to break down all cardboard and be vigilant in recycling, it can save everyone tremendously on garbage bills.  Keep the lids closed at all times and let Pete or I know if you ever see any illegal dumping or overflow from the garbage containers. Thanks.
