Monthly Update – 1605 Boylston
Pine @ Boylston- Construction Update

Igor hard at work; this man does not stop!
There is a lot of activity these days at 1605. New tenants, expanding tenants, common area upgrades and the general bustle of business. We are creating great new space for everyone to benefit from and …. a lot of temporary hassle.
The biggest and best improvement is showing up this morning with the demolition of the third floor stairway demising wall- WOW! Expect a surprise! Thanks to ELEMENTAL ARCHITECTURE, our new tenants for this great idea!
While some of the individual tenant improvements are likely to wind down over the next week, the common area improvements will continue for the next three weeks.
The scope of work we hope to achieve is the following:
-Remove carpet and clean and seal natural concrete flooring
-Install new plywood drop ceiling as previewed now (please comment if you have suggestions on this item)
-Install new lighting
-Upgraded trim for floors and tenant doors
-Uniformed directory and suite signage
Igor has agreed to work evenings for the most disruptive work. But some work will continue during the day.
If the work becomes burdensome in mess, lack of access, or noise, please do not hesitate to call Peter Kuchan or I, Adam, to inform us and we will take steps to minimize these disruptions. Igor has been working with power tools since he was a lad in russia- he hardly hears them anymore- so don’t blame him or get angry at him, just let us know and we will help!
I will try to keep everyone updated with specific disruptions; please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime.
I hope that you enjoy and will appreciate the major change and improvement that the owners are providing!

We have many new tenants and I hope to interview and spotlight their products and services and what they add to our community soon.
