Welcome to the Des Moines Professional Center almost-monthly blog/newsletter.

Leasing Update:
The owners have been diligently working to secure a new tenant for the space that Dr. Klungness vacated.  We are hopeful a lease will be forthcoming soon.  Having a new tenant will increase customer flow to the property and hopefully benefit all of us.

Parking:
As many have noticed, Dr. Chang was provided a reserved parking space for her patients who require parking in close proximity to the building entry.  To ensure her patients, many of whom are expectant and new mommies, are accommodated, we’ve agreed to provide a parking space with a reserved sign.

Awnings:
This week we hope that the long awaited glass for the entry canopies will be installed.  This will hopefully help keep everyone’s mail, clients and selves dry .

Signage, Signage, Signage:
Over the next few weeks the management, owners and I will be brainstorming ways of making the building signage, including directional signage for the parking lot, more present and visible.  We may consider moving the existing directory signage closer to the elevators so that you clients/patients can easily locate which floor you are located on.  In addition, we will consider installing labels in the elevator cab to reinforce this direction.  Please provide any feedback or suggestions on desired location and signage.
