First Response security service has been patrolling the 6th@Lander nightly for many years and does an excellent job.  They typically come around 7PM – 9PM to ensure the building is locked- a hard check.  They also do hard checks at different points in the night.   If FR finds doors are open at unusual times they walk through the building to do a soft check for any unwelcome guests.

First Response is also available on a call-in basis if a concern arises.

Tenants can call First Response to notify them of a concern and request a visit to the premises.  If you have a security concern at the building, night or day, you may call First Response:
