We’re delighted to introduce Mr. Matt Nadeau, Real Assets’ new building tech. Matt is no ordinary building tech and we are very proud to have him on our team, or, more appropriately— as a member of our forces! You see, Matt is a former Navy Seals building tech in San Diego. That’s right, we have a tech who learned the trade from the best, from the Seals. Only the best for our tenants!

Over the past month we’ve been working with Matt, has proven to be diligent, disciplined, and talented. We hope your experiences with Matt, when you need some maintenance help, are as good as ours have been.

The back stairway work is progressing. Thank you for your patience. We are awaiting city inspections and will begin covering the exposed chase and walls later this week.
As a tenant, I’m sure its hard to appreciate the reasons for the extended delay repairing the chase. I’m even getting impatient myself.
The fire caused extensive structural issues from the ground floor to the roof that required engineering and city review before we could start work. The reviews coupled with protracted, but ultimately successful, negotiations with the insurance company is why we are running into a fifth month since the fire with work still ongoing.
We anticipate being able to re-open the stairway by March 5th. In the meantime please continue using the front stairs.
Immediately after the chase work, we will begin working on the two remaining closed restrooms. They should be complete and back in service by mid-march.
Thank you again for your patience!

A little fight broke out in the bathroom today between the buddah and the voodoo skull. It was unclear who won, but both were apprehended and sent to the janitorial closet. If you left your statue in the bathroom, please come post bail for it, they are located in the janitorial closet. Please also refrain from leaving unattended deities in the building.
