The power will be shut down in a portion of the 6th@ Lander WAREHOUSES (NOT OFFICES) this coming Wednesday.  It should be for just a couple hours or LESS, however, City Light has told us it could be for up to 5 hours starting at 9:00AM.  Tenant in Warehouse D and some tenants in Warehouses B and C may be affected.  This is a City Light planned outage, please call City Light with any questions.

Please be advised that over the next two weeks Rainier Roofing Company will be in action at the 6th@Lander property replacing the roof on warehouse D, the dome.  If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to call: 206-686-6362 and ask for Peter.

Dave the Maintenance Tech successfully installed lighting occupancy sensors in the mezzanine warehouses.  The lights on the Mezzanine will now be activated by motion- when you walk down the hallway/corridors.  These sensors will save the lights from being on as they had prior, all day and night!  This and many more similar control installations and improvements, will help drive operating costs down for all building tenants.
