I am very pleased to introduce the Howe family to you. Four generations of Howe’s are now your neighbors at 1800 Mile Hill. They purchased the Pizza Factory from its former owner. The Howes have a great team and are rolling out new strategies to increase their exposure and business. I think all of their smiling faces provide the most important ingredient in dining: a great atmosphere. And we all know that Pizza Factory has already been named the #1 best pizza in Port Orchard— Nice!
Dan Howe, the manager, has offered a free slice of pizza to all the tenants and employees at 1800 Mile Hill who come in to introduce themselves. So, whether you go for pizza, or you go to be a good neighbor, it’ll be well worth it.
Here’s to the success of the Howe’s and a big renewal for the Pizza Factory!

I’m quite certain that most of you have been over to patronize 7-Eleven already. It’s certainly the nicest 7-Eleven I’ve seen, if I do say so myself
. Now lets help make them the most successful!
Please inform Peter, the property manager, if you have any concerns about parking, parking lot circulation, litter, safety, etc.. so we can make sure our tenants are all in cooperation to keep Orchard Court the nicest center in Kitsap County.
Thanks for your patience during 7-Eleven’s construction! I hope you see benefits from the increased traffic to your front door.
Please don’t forget to help each other out. For example, when you’re not sure what to eat for lunch- grab a pizza from Scott at the Pizza Factory, a picture needs framing- ask Sage (Viridian) for help, kids geting rowdy- Navy ‘ell straighten them out, back ache- Dr. Tom Holt. Remember, we are a community center. Every customer counts in Port Orchard. Please be each others best patrons.
From the owner,
Thank you!

Real Assets joins the City of Seattle in it’s amazement over how quickly snow can accumulate. WOW.
Good News! We have delivered provisions to our properties for de-icing and shoveling.
When the roads have been rendered safe to drive Real Assets will provide personnel to shovel sidewalks and de-ice walkways for you.
In the meantime, if you would like to access de-icer and shovels to clear paths for yourselves or your customers, please call Peter Kuchan at 206-375-5982 or Adam Simon at 206-755-6345 for instructions on locating the supplies at the property.
If you have any maintenance emergencies during this time, please log in to our maintenance page that can be accessed from our homepage.
Thanks for your patience as we participate in City solidarity by keeping one more dangerous car off the streets until the sheets of ice have thawed or are eliminated by SDOT.
